For stacked or built-in appliances, an additional technician may be required to safely and efficiently complete the repair due to the complexity of the setup. This ensures that the job is done quickly, accurately, and with minimal disruption. As a result, there is a small additional fee to cover the cost of bringing in a second technician. We’ll always inform you of this fee upfront, so there are no surprises. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service while ensuring the repair is done 

For special order parts, shipping fees may apply. While most parts are sourced locally from factory-certified suppliers, some rare or out of stock items may require additional shipping. Any shipping fees will be communicated upfront, ensuring complete transparency.

If multiple appliances require diagnostics, an additional fee will apply for each extra unit. This ensures each appliance receives a thorough, accurate assessment. We’ll always provide clear pricing upfront before starting any work.
